General Reservation and Stay Policies

Welcome to our website. The following are the general policies that govern the reservation and use of our tourist accommodations, vacation homes and bed & breakfasts (B&Bs). 1. Reservation
Reservation Procedure: Reservations can only be made through our website. To confirm your reservation, you must complete the online form and provide the requested information, including dates of stay, payment details, and contact information.
Confirmation of Reservation: Once the reservation is received, the system will send a confirmation via e-mail. The reservation is considered confirmed only after receiving this confirmation.
Required Data: To complete the reservation, you must provide the following data: full name, valid e-mail address, phone number, and a valid ID.
2. Payment Methods.
Payments Accepted: Payments for reservations can be made by credit card, debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer, if permitted. Full payment or a deposit (depending on the accommodation policy) is required at the time of booking.
Additional Costs: Prices quoted for accommodations include rent for the selected period. Any additional costs, such as local tourist taxes, final cleaning fees, and other fees for extra services (e.g., parking, Wi-Fi, pets) will be specified at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation: Each facility has a specific cancellation policy. Generally, you can cancel your reservation free of charge within a specified time (e.g., 7-14 days before your arrival date). For exact details of the cancellation policy, please refer to the accommodation booking page.
Late Cancellation: If cancellation occurs after the allowed deadline, 50% or 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged, depending on the specific accommodation policy.
Non-Arrival (No-Show): In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the full amount of the reservation will be withheld.
4. Check-in and Check-out times
Check-in: Check-in times vary by facility, generally between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm. If you arrive after these times, please inform the property in a timely manner to arrange an alternative arrangement.
Check-out: Check-out times are generally by 10:00 am on the day of departure. Any requests for late check-out must be arranged with the property manager and may incur additional charges.
Documentation Required: Upon check-in, you will be required to show valid identification (ID card or passport).
5. Policies on Pets
Acceptance of Pets: Some of our accommodations accept pets, while others do not. We recommend that you check the pet policy before completing your reservation. If the accommodation allows pets, additional cleaning fees may apply.
Rules for Animals: Animals must be kept under control during the stay. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by animals.
6. Rules of Behavior and Use of the Accommodation.
Guest Behavior: Guests are expected to abide by the rules of good behavior and not to disturb other guests or the property. If inappropriate behavior or damage to the property is found, we reserve the right to terminate the stay without refund.
Parties and Events: Parties or private events at our facilities are not permitted without prior approval from management. Violations of this policy may result in early check-out and additional charges.

7. Liability and Damage to the Facility
Liability for Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage done to the accommodation during their stay. If damage is found, the owner reserves the right to retain a security deposit or charge the amount necessary to cover repair or replacement costs.
Force Majeure: We are not responsible for disruptions or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen situations.
8. Changes to the Reservation
Changes to Reservation: Changes to your reservation (such as changes in dates or number of guests) may be requested, but are subject to availability and may result in a change in price or additional charges. In the event of a change, please contact us promptly.
9. Privacy and Data Protection.

10. Resolution of Disputes.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: These policies are governed by Italian law. For any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation or application of them, the place of jurisdiction will be where the accommodation is located.
